ArtPlus Clock 'n' Count

ArtPlus Clock 'n' Count is a FREE clock and countdown timer that counts down in seconds, minutes, hours and days to any date you set. By default it's always counting the time until next New Years eve, but you can set any other date.

Or, you can simply display a clock, analog or digital, on your computer display.

It comes bundled with three winter images, but you can load your own images as a background. Oh, and don't forget to turn on the fireworks sound if you're using your PC as a media center during New Years eve party!:)
